Tom Marchant specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, and Pregnancy/Prenatal massage and many different Spa Body Treatments. 

He is a highly skilled massage professional in private practice who has  studied with the Kansas City Massage Apprenticing Collective in 1989 and at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences in 1991.

He also has been a massage therapy instructor, training others in the science and art of massage and spa body treatments.

In 1991, Tom founded Irving Massage Therapy and later, Irving Wellness Center.  Now Tom chooses to practice in a relaxing home-based environment without all of those harsh chemical smells that are found in spas servicing hair and nail clients.  Tom can now professionally serve his clients while still allowing more time and energy to focus on his family.

Information needed from you

We are required to have a consultation in writing  prior to you receiving your first treatment. You can use our Initial Consultation form and bring it in with you or if you are pregnant, please use our Pregnancy Massage Consultation form.  The written consent of a parent or guardian is also needed for persons under the age of 17.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please let us know if you are not fully satisfied with any treatment, service or product purchase. Please help us by completing our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Any information that you provide will be anonymous unless you choose to include your name and date of visit at the bottom of the survey.

Your points can be used to purchase products and services. 100 points has a value of $5.00. That means each new client referral is worth $25 in reward points.

Once you've earned points you'll be given the option to use them or save them whenever you check out. Your current reward points total is printed at the top of your receipt. However, you do not need to keep your receipt in order to use your points. Our system automatically tracks your points and when you check out you will have the option to use your points or to save them for future use.

Cancellation Policy

In order for us to maintain the highest quality service at reasonable prices for you to enjoy, we ask that all guests give us at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or modifications to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. "No show" appointments will be charged the full service fee for all scheduled services.
